Construction Estimator

Restoring Damages in Greater Vancouver, BC

We are currently looking for a Construction Estimator in your area.

Employment type: Full-Time Permanent
Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 (Depending on you and your experience) + Extended Medical and Dental

We are looking for individuals who are results driven and have some sales experience. If you are self-motivated and like to be rewarded on your ability to produce, this job is for you.

We would prefer an experienced Estimator, however we will provide training if we feel you are the right candidate.

Construction Estimators work with owners and insurance professionals after events such as a fire or flood, to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

  • As a Construction Estimator, you will be on scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for our production teams to complete.
  • You will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners, the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.

  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Carries their own in a professional manner
  • Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of restoration industry procedures is considered an asset.
  • Experience with large loss residential and commercial is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Xactimate, XActanalysis are considered assets
